Google Ads is currently having an outage for many of its reporting interfaces across Report Editor, Dashboards, and Saved Reports in the Google Ads web interface. Plus, The Products, Product Groups and Listing Groups pages are down across the web interface, API, and Google Ads Editor.

It is dated today at 3:38 pm ET, but the issue may have started yesterday.

Mike Ryan posted about an issue yesterday on X with reporting, he wrote, “Anyone else having troubles with the Google Ads connector in Looker Studio? I think maybe they are working on it & broke it temporarily.”
Kirk Williams wrote on X, “I’m not crazy! ha, couldn’t figure out why some things were working and some weren’t. Thanks for the update!”
So if you are having issues, Google is working on it.
Although, Google has not posted a resolution time.

Update: August 2 at 4:20 ET PM:
Starting on July 30, 16:54:38 PST, a small fraction of advertisers started serving ads for products from other Google Merchant Center accounts and were able to see those products in their Ads reporting. The serving issue was resolved on July 31, 11:27:35 PST. We temporarily paused access to certain reports on August 1. Products, Product Groups, and Listing Groups reports continue to be down across the web interface, API, and Google Ads Editor as we work to restore reporting accuracy for the impacted time period. Campaigns are serving as expected across all customers.
Update: August 3 at 11:57 PM:
For accounts that have not been affected by this issue, all reporting services have been restored. Thank you for your patience during this time and we apologize for the inconvenience.
For accounts affected by this issue, we are still working to restore reporting services for Report Editor and the Products tab. We will continue to provide further updates as soon as we have more information. We will reach out to all impacted customers directly with further details on this incident.
